It could mean collaborating on technical implementations or integrations like:
- Single Sign On (including social logins)
- API integration (with CMS, Salesforce, etc.)
- Ecommerce integration (Shopify)
- Business Intelligence Connector integrations (via Segment to Marketo, Salesforce, etc)
- Course content migration
- Container/Docker consulting (for Virtual Labs customers)
Or it could mean more user-centric or design-related services like:
- Instructional design
- Advanced user training
- Custom site themes and branding
