This article provides some suggestions that would help in case there is a course which is not visible to the learners, this would be a starting point to check right before contacting support
Suggestions
- The course visibility set up to None or About in Advanced Settings, this will cause the course to NOT be visible on the catalog (If you would like to get more information about this, read Hiding an Open edX course from the catalog)
- The course was set to Invitation Only in Advanced Settings, this will make the course visible in the catalog, but users won't be able to enroll into the course. (If you would like to know more about this read Making an Open edX course invitation-only)
- Course start date and enrollment date are in the future, same as in the previous one, it would be visible in the catalog but users won't be able to click to enroll into the course. (You can learn more about this by reading Preventing students from enrolling on your Open edX course)
- The use of CAG (Course Access Groups) can also prevent a course from being visible (You can learn more about this if you click on the Limiting access to Tahoe courses based on user groups
